You'll be the owner of the client relationship — translating goals into briefs, keeping projects on the rails, and making sure the work ships and performs.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of client relationships end-to-end
  • Turn business goals into clear briefs the studio can run with
  • Keep timelines, scope and expectations honest and on track
  • Report on outcomes and grow accounts through great work

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in account management or project delivery
  • Calm, organised and genuinely good with people
  • Enough fluency in brand, web and performance to speak the language
  • A bias for outcomes over activity

Nice to have

  • Agency background
  • Exposure to paid media or SEO
