You'll own brand identity end-to-end — from the first sketch to a system a whole team can build on. This is a craft-first role for someone who sweats kerning and still thinks in strategy.

What you'll do

  • Design logos, identity systems and brand guidelines that scale across every surface
  • Translate positioning and strategy into a visual language that feels inevitable
  • Art-direct social, packaging and campaign work so everything stays on-brand
  • Set the bar for craft and mentor younger designers on the team

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years designing brand identities (agency or strong in-house)
  • A portfolio that shows systems, not just pretty logos
  • Fluency in Figma and the Adobe suite; type and grid obsession
  • Comfort presenting and defending your thinking to clients

Nice to have

  • Motion or 3D basics
  • Experience with packaging and print production
