You'll turn ambitious designs into fast, accessible, delightful websites — the kind that win awards and convert. We care as much about the 60fps as the 200ms.

What you'll do

  • Build production sites and stores in Next.js, React and TypeScript
  • Collaborate closely with designers to protect the craft in the handoff
  • Own performance, accessibility and Core Web Vitals
  • Wire up headless CMS, animations (GSAP/Motion) and integrations

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years shipping React/Next.js in production
  • Strong CSS and an eye for motion and detail
  • Comfort with TypeScript, Git and modern tooling
  • You've cared about Lighthouse scores unprompted

Nice to have

  • WebGL / Three.js
  • Shopify or headless commerce experience
