UI / UX Design
Interfaces people finish, not abandon.- User flows and a clickable Figma prototype tested before build
- High-fidelity UI for every state — empty, loading, error, success
- A component-based design system with tokens and usage rules
- Annotated handoff specs and a developer-ready Figma file
- Usability test findings with a prioritised fix list
- Accessibility pass to WCAG 2.2 AA with contrast and focus states
Flow before facade
We prototype and test the path to conversion before designing a single finished screen. Logic gets validated while it is cheap to change, so polish lands on a structure that already works.
A system you own
You receive a documented component library with tokens and rules — not flat mockups. Your team ships new screens that stay on-brand and consistent long after we hand over.
Designed for every state
Real products break at the edges. We design the empty, loading, error and success states too, so the experience holds up the day a user does the unexpected.
- 01
Diagnose
We study your analytics, session recordings and support tickets, then interview real users. The goal is to name exactly where people stall, hesitate or leave — backed by evidence, not hunches.
- 02
Architect
We rebuild the flows and information structure, then turn them into wireframes and a clickable prototype. The hardest decisions get tested with users before anyone touches visual design.
- 03
Craft
With the structure proven, we design high-fidelity screens for every state and assemble them into a reusable component system with tokens, spacing and accessibility built in.
- 04
Validate
We run usability tests, fix what fails, and hand off developer-ready files. After launch we read the funnel and refine, so the improvement compounds rather than fades.
Good questions.
What's the difference between UI and UX in your process?+
UX is the decision-making: what the product should do, in what order, and why. UI is how that becomes something people see and touch. We do both, in that order — structure and flows first, then the visual layer on top. Splitting them is how products end up beautiful and unusable.
Do you only design, or do you build too?+
We can do both. Design hands off as a developer-ready Figma file with specs and a component system, which your engineers or ours can build. Since our web and development teams sit in the same studio, design-to-build stays consistent instead of getting lost in translation.
How do you prove the redesign actually worked?+
We agree on the metrics that matter — completion rate, drop-off, time-to-task, support volume — and baseline them before we start. After launch we read the funnel against that baseline. If a flow underperforms, we iterate. You get a number, not a vibe.

Tell us where you want to grow. We’ll come back with a clear, honest next step — not a hard sell.
