UI/UX Design Agency in India

UI/UX design is shaping the journey a visitor takes from arrival to enquiry so it feels effortless and obvious. Every friction point removed keeps paying back on every visitor who follows, for as long as the interface lives.

Overview

Experience design as a permanent conversion asset.

Conversion problems are rarely traffic problems. People arrive with intent and then hit a form that asks too much, a page that buries the answer they came for, or a navigation that hides the thing they wanted to buy. We design against the actual decision sequence: what a visitor needs to know, in what order, and what will stop them if it is missing. Then we prototype and validate it before anyone spends a month building the wrong thing. What makes this an asset rather than a project is that the improvements are permanent. Fix the enquiry flow once and every future visitor benefits, including ones you have not paid for yet. We deliver design systems and component libraries alongside the screens, so the interface can grow without degrading and without a redesign every eighteen months. Because our developers build what we design, nothing gets lost in translation between a beautiful file and a shipped page.
Is it for you

Signs it’s time.

If two or more of these sound familiar, this is likely where growth is leaking.

01

People start forms and never finish

High drop-off at checkout, sign-up or enquiry steps usually points to friction the team has stopped noticing. Watching real users makes it obvious.

02

Support answers the same questions daily

Repeated 'how do I' questions are design problems in disguise. Better flows and clearer labels reduce the load on your team.

03

Every new feature looks different

Without a design system, screens drift apart and the product feels harder to use with each release.

04

Decisions are made by the loudest opinion

When design debates are settled by seniority rather than evidence, users pay the price. Testing replaces opinion with observation.

Our approach

How we do it, in detail.

Watch people, not dashboards

Analytics tells you where people drop off. It rarely tells you why. We combine data with direct observation: session recordings, heatmaps, short interviews and moderated usability tests where we watch real users try to complete real tasks. A handful of sessions usually reveals the few problems causing most of the damage.Everything we find is prioritised by impact and effort, so the team knows exactly which fixes matter most. Often the biggest gains come from small changes: a clearer label, a reordered step, a field removed from a form, a reassurance placed where hesitation peaks.
  • Analytics, recordings and heatmap review
  • User interviews and moderated usability tests
  • Journey maps showing where friction lives
  • Findings ranked by impact and effort

Prototype, test, then build

Fixing a problem in a prototype costs a fraction of fixing it in code. We move from rough wireframes to clickable prototypes quickly, test them with users and iterate before development starts. Stakeholders see and click through the real flow, which makes decisions faster and far less subjective.Visual design comes once the structure works. We design for clarity first, then brand: readable type, obvious hierarchy, generous touch targets and states for every situation, including loading, error and empty screens that are so often forgotten.

A design system your developers will thank you for

Screens are temporary. A design system lasts. We document the components, patterns, spacing, type scale and interaction rules behind your product in Figma, matched to how your developers build. New features get assembled from proven parts instead of being designed from scratch, which keeps the product consistent and speeds up every release. We work closely with your engineering team throughout handover, answering questions, reviewing builds and adjusting the system where real-world constraints demand it. The goal is a shared language between design and development, not a file that gets thrown over the wall.
  • Component library in Figma
  • Tokens for colour, type and spacing
  • Documented patterns and interaction rules
  • Hands-on support during development
Good UX is mostly invisible. People only notice it when it's missing, usually right before they leave.

How we think about UI/UX Design

What’s included

In the engagement.

  • 01User journey mapping and audit of current friction, drop-off and dead ends
  • 02Wireframes and interactive prototypes for key conversion flows
  • 03High-fidelity interface design across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints
  • 04Reusable component library and design tokens handed over in Figma
  • 05Developer-ready specifications covering states, interactions and accessibility
Why it works
01

Friction removed once, forever

A fixed flow keeps converting better for every visitor that follows, at no additional cost. That is why experience work compounds while a single campaign does not.

02

Validated before it is built

Prototypes let us test the journey with real users before development time is committed. It is far cheaper to be wrong in a prototype than in production.

03

A system, not a stack of screens

You receive a component library and tokens, so new pages stay consistent as the product grows. The interface can scale without drifting back into chaos.

How we work

From first call to compounding.

  1. 01

    Observe

We study analytics, session recordings and real user behaviour to find where intent dies. Assumptions get replaced with evidence before we draw anything.

  2. 02

    Structure

We map the journey and wireframe the key flows around the decision a visitor is making. Structure is agreed before visual design begins.

  3. 03

    Prototype

We build interactive prototypes and put them in front of real users. Problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.

  4. 04

    Systemise

We deliver final interfaces plus a component library, tokens and specifications. Our developers build straight from it, so the shipped product matches the design.

FAQ

Good questions.

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us directly, a real person replies.

  • Do we need UX work if the site already looks good?+

Looking good and converting well are different problems. Plenty of attractive sites lose buyers at a confusing form or a missing piece of information, and only behavioural data will tell you which is happening to you.

  • How much user testing is involved?+

Enough to de-risk the decisions that matter, typically 5 to 8 participants per key flow, which surfaces the majority of usability issues. We scale it to the stakes rather than running research for its own sake.

  • Can you work with our existing development team?+

Yes. We deliver developer-ready specifications, tokens and component documentation that any competent team can build from, and we stay available through implementation to answer questions.

  • Do you design mobile apps as well as websites?+

Yes. We design for iOS, Android and the web, following each platform's conventions where they help users and keeping your brand consistent across them. Prototypes are tested on real devices, not just on a desktop screen.

  • What do our developers receive at handover?+

Organised Figma files with components, specs and every screen state, plus a design system with tokens for colour, type and spacing. We walk the team through it and stay available during the build to answer questions and review implementation.

  • How long does a UX project take?+

A focused audit and set of recommendations can take two to three weeks. Redesigning a key flow, such as checkout or onboarding, including research and testing, usually takes four to eight weeks. Full product design work is planned in phases.
