Usually yes. A logo and a palette tell people what you look like in one place; a system tells your whole team how to apply it everywhere — across a deck, a label, an ad, a landing page. That gap is exactly where brands drift, and where a system pays for itself.
Will our non-designers actually be able to use it?+
That is the point. We build editable templates in Figma and Canva with the layout, type and colour locked, so a marketer or intern fills in the content and the result stays on-brand. The guidelines double as a plain-language quick-start, not a 60-page theory document.
What do we own at the end, and can we extend it later?+
Everything — guidelines, source files, tokens and the template library are yours outright. The system is built to grow, so when you add a new product line or channel you can extend the same tokens and templates rather than starting over. We can scale it with you, or you can run it in-house.
